Please note that when Exova BM TRADA takes on clients for testing, inspection and certification work, it does this independently of any understanding of the involvement that TRADA members may have had in the supply chain. In practice it is impossible to know all this information at the time of agreeing to contractually work. In addition TRADA is not in a position to exercise authority over Exova BM TRADA in regards to the clients and project work it undertakes.
